	Race Equality Outcomes - 06/06/2012 The regulations for the Scottish specific duties of the 2010 Equality Act came into force on 27 May. Amongst other things, these regulations require all listed bodies to “publish a set of equality outcomes which will enable the organisation to better perform the equality duty” by April 2013. As part of its national mainstreaming programme for public bodies, the Centre for Ethnic Minority Voluntary Organisations (CEMVO) Scotland is producing a series of briefings to help these bodies meet the specific requirements of the general Equality Act 2010 duty as well as the wider work they carry out in relation to equality and diversity. The aim is to provide a useful and unique addition to the guidance which is already available. The first briefing on Race Equality Outcomes is available for download in the file below.
