Making Space 2010 - architecture and design for children and young people - 07/10/2010
This two-day international conference will take place in 7-8 October 2010.
Following on from the success of the international 'Making Space' programme in 2005, 'Making Space 2010' has been organised by Children in Scotland in association with the OECD’s Centre for Effective Learning Environments, Children in Europe and the Scottish Government.
'Making Space' is an international award that aims to promote the vision of the Scottish Government’s new School Estate Strategy: Building Better Schools, Investing in Scotland’s Future; and existing examples of building excellence in Scotland.
The programme will also include a major international conference, and study visits showcasing examples of Scottish architecture for young children.
